Gallery Sitting at the AAO is Great!
Your help keeps the galleries open!
Gallery Sitters are needed on weekends during exhibitions.
Gallery hours are Saturdays 10 am – 1 pm and Sundays 1 – 4 pm
during exhibitions.

- Regular gallery hours are from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and from 1 pm to 4 pm on Sundays.
- Open the door, turn on the lights, welcome visitors to the AAO, and close up.
- You can work on your own projects in the spacious classroom, use the Macs, read, contemplate the cosmos, or whatever you’d like!
- We’ll help you get started (it’s easy!).
- It’s a great way to get to know the galleries better and support the AAO.
