| Wednesday, March 4 | Deadline for receipt of online entry materials and fees (by 11:59 pm) |
| Monday, March 9 | List of accepted works posted on the AAO’s website by 6 PM (This is the only method of notification for accepted works.) |
| Friday, March 20 | Deadline for receipt of accepted artworks by mail |
| Friday, March 20 | Hand-delivery of accepted works at the AAO from 10 AM to Noon |
| Saturday, March 21 | Hand-delivery of accepted works at the AAO from 10 AM to Noon |
| Saturday, March 28 | Exhibition opens with a reception from 7 to 9 pm (with awards at 8 pm) |

Galleries
The Art Association of Oswego (AAO) galleries are housed in the Oswego Civic Arts Center, which is located at 20 Barbara Donahue Drive at the northernmost end of East 4th Street in the City of Oswego, directly across from historic Fort Ontario.
Weekend gallery hours are on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm and on Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm. The galleries are also open during art classes, theater performances, and by appointment. For more information, visit us online at www.oswegoarts.org.
