Note to Member Artists: The prospectus states that two entry cards must be filled out for each artwork at the time of entry – one to attach to your artwork and another to attach to your entry fee. Blank cards will be available at the AAO when you drop off your artwork.
Juror Info:
Our awards judge for this year’s members’ show will be Renqian Yang. Renqian obtained her BFA in ceramics from the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in Chongqing, China in 2009. In 2014, she graduated with her MFA in Ceramics from Syracuse University. In addition to clay, Yang’s studio practice includes installation, sculpture, mixed media, drawing, painting and video. She has exhibited in New York, Berlin and Chongqing, China. Renqian Yang has taught at Cazenovia College, St. Lawrence University and is currently an Assistant Professor at SUNY Oswego, where she teaches ceramics.
