The Art Association of Oswego is proud to announce the 2014 Holiday Art Tour & Raku Rendezvous, which will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014. Begin at 2 PM at the AAO to purchase and glaze a ceramic vessel of your choice, and we will Raku fire it while you are visiting the other venues on the Art Tour from 3-6 PM. Get your Art Tour postcard (available at all participating locations) stamped/signed at each location you visit. Finish up the tour and the evening by returning to the AAO at 6 PM to retrieve your finished Raku pottery. Those who’ve gotten their postcard stamped at every location on the Art Tour can enter a drawing to win ceramics (pictured above) donated by Jeremy Blackburn and Christopher Jankovski. Drawing will be held at 6:30 PM.
Extend the fun even further by staying to enjoy a free Opening Reception for two new exhibits – “Magic of Architecture” by Oleg Suyston and “Childhood Musings and Monsters” by Joel Dodge. Reception ends at 9:00. Refreshments will be served.
