Congratulations on having your artwork accepted into the 27th Annual Lakeside Statewide Juried Art Exhibition.
The list of accepted works follows these delivery/shipping details and other important dates.
The Art Association of Oswego is located at the northermost end of East 4th Street in Oswego directly across from historic Fort Ontario. The address for GPS is 20 Barbara Donahue Drive, Oswego, NY 13126.
Friday, March 8…Hand-delivery of accepted works at the AAO from 10 AM to Noon
Saturday, March 9…Hand-delivery of accepted works at the AAO from 10 AM to Noon
All artworks must be suitably framed and wired or otherwise ready for immediate installation. Note: professional presentation standards will be enforced. Works on paper need to be framed, edges of unframed canvases should be clean and free of fingerprints or painted. The Art Association reserves the right to reject any work not meeting professional standards.
Saturday, March 9…Deadline for receipt of accepted artworks by mail.
All artworks that are being shipped should be sent with return shipping labels to:

Saturday, March 16…Exhibition opens with a reception from 7 to 9 pm and an awards ceremony at 8 pm.
Once the show opens, regular gallery hours are from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and from 1 pm to 4 pm on Sundays. The galleries are also open during any art classes, theater performances, or by appointment.
Sunday, April 14…Exhibition closes at 4 PM.
The Art Association takes a 30% commission on any works sold.
Artwork cannot be removed for any reason prior to the close of the show
Sunday, April 14…Pick up work at the AAO from 4 to 6 PM.
Monday, April 15…Pick up work at the AAO from 6 to 8 PM.
Monday, April 15…Return of shipped artwork begins.
Unless special arrangements are made, artworks not picked up within 10 days become the property of the Art Association of Oswego
